Co-Founder & CEO
Pastor James has spent 25 years at the intersection of ministry and entrepreneurship. He founded Cana Global with a vision to raise up a generation of founders who build ventures that advance the Kingdom of God.
Sarah Williams
Co-Founder & Chief Strategy Officer
Sarah brings 15 years of venture capital experience and a deep passion for deploying capital for Kingdom impact. She oversees Cana Global's strategic direction and investor relationships.
Marcus Johnson
Head of Training & Content
Marcus is a bestselling author and executive coach who leads Cana Global's training programs. He's passionate about equipping founders with both practical skills and spiritual wisdom.
Rachel Torres
Startup Program Director
Rachel has mentored over 100 early-stage founders and leads Cana Global's bootcamps, accelerators, and mentorship programs. She previously built and exited two ed-tech startups.
David Kim
Head of Finance & Operations
David is a CPA and certified financial planner who ensures Cana Global operates with excellence and integrity. He also teaches the Biblical Finance course and advises founders on financial strategy.
Dr. Angela Brooks
Head of Leadership Development
Dr. Brooks brings 20 years of organizational leadership experience. She designs and delivers Cana Global's leadership development curriculum and coaches senior founders.
